Shipping & return policy
- You can return or exchange your product in 5 days after receiving your order
- In case of replace/return of a damaged product, customer needs to provide a parsel opening video and mail us on customersupport@foothomecompany.com
- We provide cash on delivery
- For return or exchange mail us at customersupport@foothomecompany.com
- Product can only be return in orignal delivery box with all tags attached
- In case of product damage by customer the product is not entitled for replace/return
- Once we receive your returned product and inspect it we will issue a full refund to your orignal payment in 3-5 business days
- Incase of replace Rupees 50 will be charged extra on the orignal selling price of the product unless replace is due to mistake on our part
